Workshops, brainstorming sessions, ideation sessions – call them what you will – Ichor has been running these sorts of sessions with a variety of clients for years. 
Ideally all workshops start with Insight Curation to ensure we all know what we know, and then move into the creative, team-based face to face workshop.

All workshops are focused on delivering the answers to 4 key questions:

2. Why are we there?

3. Where do we want to be?

4. How do we get there?



Ichor workshops are an inspirational highly collaborative affair working closely with clients. I also bring in experts as & when needed. I use semiotics, inspiration sessions (sometimes out and about to challenge preconceptions or at the coal face of the retail environment for retail brands), presentations on the latest customer insights, expert opinion downloads on the brand / category, SWOT analyses, projective techniques such as “world of” the brand, personality / archetype wheels, NeedStates modelling and role play.
