I have been working in & around customer insight since 1987. I am still a hands-on moderator, qual consultant and analyst and run qual training programmes.
Since launching Ichor in 2002, I have managed a variety of qualitative projects across more than 30 countries, undertaken numerous strategic brand reviews (single and multi-country), designed and run a wide variety of workshops and worked within client insight teams.
